1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by you on the mj200m platform, through which you access services and place bets.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means a stake placed by you on any game, event, or outcome offered on the mj200m platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive offered by mj200m subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting market, togel lottery draw, or other wagering product available on the platform.
• "Platform" or "Service" means the mj200m website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated software, content, and functionality.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use the mj200m platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (the legal gambling age in Indonesia).
• Be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where mj200m is prohibited from offering services.
• Act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

mj200m reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Valid email address and mobile phone number.
• Date of birth.
• Residential address in Indonesia.
• Bank account details for deposits and withdrawals (must be in your name).

You may register only one Account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual or household are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must notify mj200m immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. mj200m is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing withdrawals, mj200m may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Bank account statement or screenshot confirming ownership of the registered bank account.
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending successful KYC verification. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

mj200m accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account or payment method used for deposits. Processing times:

• Standard accounts: 2-4 hours during business hours (08:00 - 17:00 WIB, Monday through Friday).
• VIP Silver accounts: 1-2 hours.
• VIP Gold accounts: Under 1 hour.

Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limit: Rp 50,000,000 for standard accounts (higher limits available for VIP accounts). mj200m does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own processing fees.

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and may be delayed if we detect suspicious activity or require additional documentation.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

mj200m complies with international anti-money laundering standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by mj200m are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion. General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses, including bonus arbitrage or systematic bonus exploitation, is prohibited.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirement: 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses have expiration dates. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the stated deadline.
• mj200m reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine bonus terms have been violated.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

The mj200m welcome bonus (100% match up to Rp 2,000,000 on first deposit) is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Wagering requirement: 5x the bonus amount on eligible games. Bonus expires 30 days after issuance.

4.3 Promotional Communications

By accepting bonuses, you consent to receive promotional communications from mj200m via email, SMS, and in-platform notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on mj200m are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for virtual games and by physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) for live dealer games. RNG systems are regularly tested by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing bodies. In the event of a postponed or canceled event:

• Bets on events postponed by less than 24 hours remain valid and are settled based on the rescheduled result.
• Bets on events postponed by more than 24 hours or canceled entirely are void and stakes refunded.
• Live in-play bets are void if the event is abandoned before completion, except for markets already determined.

5.3 Togel Lottery Rules

All togel markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, Taiwan, Japan) are settled based on official draw results published by the respective lottery organizations. Draw times are stated in WIB (Western Indonesia Time). Bets placed after the official draw cutoff time for a particular market are automatically rolled forward to the next scheduled draw.

5.4 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay:

• For live casino games, the hand or round continues to completion, and results are applied to your account when you reconnect.
• For slots and virtual games, the game state is saved, and you may resume from where you left off.
• For sports bets, your wager remains valid regardless of disconnection.

mj200m is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or force majeure events.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the mj200m platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of mj200m or our licensed content providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identity information.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraud.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors for financial gain (you must report any such issues immediately).
• Depositing funds from illegitimate sources or using mj200m for money laundering.
• Abusing bonuses through systematic exploitation or bonus arbitrage.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing staff or other players.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• mj200m provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account balance at the time of the claim.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, unauthorized access by third parties, or your violation of these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting outstanding bets and bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Accounts with active self-exclusion cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires.

10.2 Termination by mj200m

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days.
• Your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to mj200m. Bonus funds and pending wagers may be forfeited.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. mj200m may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 after 12 months of inactivity, deducted from your account balance. We will notify you via email before applying such fees.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mj200m is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably within 14 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in our license jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Changes to Terms

mj200m reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and mj200m regarding your use of the Service.

12.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
